Responsibilities: • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Deliver a luxury-level client experience from first contact to closing Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury properties, is essential. • Ability to guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between clients and listing agents, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. • Proficiency in creating and managing essential real estate documents, such as purchase agreements and closing statements. • Ability to deliver a high-touch, luxury client experience from initial contact through to closing, fostering long-term relationships. Compensation: $105,000 - $132,500 yearly
