Responsibilities: • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Compensation: $70,000 - $89,000 at plan
