Responsibilities: • Answer inquiries from prospective clients using the recommended script and schedule showings of properties. • Represent buyers in residential real estate transactions. • Negotiate the terms of purchase agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for clients. • Perform market analysis to establish accurate property values and guide pricing strategies. • Educate clients on real estate procedures and processes to facilitate informed decision-making. • Remain available to clients for any questions or concerns throughout the transaction. • Manage and update pertinent data in all applicable systems, CRMs, and platforms. • Utilize diligence at every step of the process to provide exceptional service and achieve success. • Promptly contact the assigned leads and make multiple attempts to reach them. • Follow up with leads based on their status using the team's CRM system.
