Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • VA Real Estate License: Must have or be willing to obtain a Virginia real estate license Compensation: $100,000+ potential at plan
