Responsibilities: • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Real estate license or pursuing the required • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Display a people-oriented, positive, and client-focused attitude • Willingness to learn new tools, mindsets, systems, and technologies • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000+ commission only OTE
