We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Real estate license or pursuing the required • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Display a people-oriented, positive, and client-focused attitude • Willingness to learn new tools, mindsets, systems, and technologies • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Show good organizational and time management skills Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000+ commission only OTE
