Responsibilities: • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Develop and implement a personalized branding strategy to enhance your market presence. • Utilize proven systems and tools to manage and grow the client base effectively. • Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. • Stay informed on market trends and property values to provide clients with up-to-date insights. • Collaborate with the Twin Oaks team and participate in training and workshops to refine your skills. • Use cutting-edge technology and tools to streamline your transactions and optimize efficiency. Qualifications: • Show a track record of real estate success • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Compensation: $150,000+ Annually Typical Agent Earnings
