Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions • Good communication Compensation: $165,000+ at plan earnings
