Responsibilities: • Assist in overseeing the process of property listings and finalizing deals for seamless transactions in Ocala, FL, US. • Engage in consultations with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and preferences in finding suitable homes, then match properties that meet their criteria. • Proactively follow up on leads to ensure consistent growth in the sales pipeline. • Aid in drafting written purchase offers for buyers to expedite a smooth closing process. • Actively participate in prospecting efforts to generate new business and nurture leads for expanding sales opportunities. • Stay abreast of local real estate market trends to effectively address client inquiries about potential properties and the community.
