Responsibilities: • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching of a high-performing team of real estate sales professionals. • Develop and refine systems to monitor performance metrics, conversion rates, and client satisfaction. • Partner closely with leadership to grow sales volume and drive brand reputation • Foster a team culture rooted in trust, growth, and results • Lead accountability conversations and performance reviews that unlock potential Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales or sales leadership. • A strong commitment to coaching and developing others. • Operational excellence and a systems-first mindset • Strong communication and emotional intelligence • Proven ability to lead others toward ambitious goals Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly
