What We Offer • Commission + bonus structure • Hands-on training, mentorship, and access to institutional buyers • A high-volume lead funnel and proprietary platform tools • Advancement opportunity in one of the fastest-growing proptech companies Responsibilities: • Engage daily with agents and investors to help them transact smarter using the ESO platform • Manage inbound and outbound deal opportunities — from submission to offer to close • Identify off-market inventory, investor demand, and opportunities to unlock transactions • Educate agents on how to get more listings using our cash-offer marketplace • Run property valuations, manage negotiations, and push deals across the finish line • Build and maintain a pipeline across multiple MSAs and investor types Qualifications: • 2+ years of real estate sales experience (agent, wholesale, or investment sales ideal) • A valid real estate license (preferred, but not required if you’ve closed deals before) • Experience with off-market or investment properties , or a strong desire to learn • A self-starter mentality: you’re proactive, coachable, and driven by results • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deal threads at once Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000 yearly
