Qualifications: • Real Estate License. • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building. • Ability to guide clients through the buying or selling process with confidence and clarity. • Proven track record of maintaining a robust pipeline of leads and converting them into successful transactions. • Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and the ability to provide expert advice. • Proficiency in using marketing tools and strategies to enhance visibility and client engagement. • Commitment to continuous learning through participation in weekly training sessions. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster trust and long-term partnerships with clients. Compensation: $125,000 - $250,000 yearly
