The Rental Agent is responsible for creating and maintaining successful relationships with landlords and closing rental inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities: • Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing • Verify all rental applications and personal references are true and accurate • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Past sales experience is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Compensation: $25,000 - $40,000 yearly
