Responsibilities: • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Lead follow-up • Follow the team plan • Attend team trainings • Sales scripts and CRM mastery Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Great communication • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients Compensation: $160,000+ at plan
