Responsibilities: • Meet with motivated sellers to understand their goals and guide them through the listing process • Deliver strong listing presentations and negotiate contracts confidently • Build and maintain relationships that generate repeat and referral business • Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture your pipeline • Provide exceptional client service from consultation to closing • Participate in team training, coaching, and accountability meetings Qualifications: • Active Texas Real Estate License • Full-time commitment to growing your business • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Coachable, motivated, and growth-minded • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems • Previous listing or sales experience is preferred, but not required Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ commission based
