Compensation & Benefits • $75,000 – $150,000+ annually (commission-based) • Consistent seller leads provided — no cold prospecting • Proven listing presentations, scripts, and systems • Inside Sales & Administrative Support • Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and career growth opportunities • Collaborative, high-energy team culture Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Meet with motivated home sellers to assess goals, pricing strategies, and timelines • Guide sellers through the entire listing and home-selling process from consultation to close • Maintain consistent weekly communication with clients to deliver a white-glove experience • Follow proven lead follow-up systems to build and manage a strong listing pipeline • Deliver world-class customer service that drives repeat business and referrals • Host monthly team open houses (all leads go directly to the hosting agent) • Utilize CRM systems to manage workflows, appointments, and follow-ups Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Active Florida Real Estate License (required) • Full-time availability and commitment • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) • Highly motivated, self-driven, and growth-oriented • Listing experience and a proven sales background preferred • Strong time management and organizational skills Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
