Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License. • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on listing properties and guiding clients through the selling process. • Ability to leverage local market knowledge to provide clients with insightful and actionable advice. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading to repeat business and referrals. • Skilled in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies tailored to individual property listings. • Proficiency in conducting thorough market analysis to determine competitive pricing for properties. • Strong communication skills to coordinate and host open houses and property showings with enthusiasm and professionalism. • Experience in negotiating offers and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients while maintaining integrity and transparency. Compensation: $125,500 - $185,000 yearly
