Responsibilities: • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Close Sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Currently licensed in real estate • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $155,000 at plan commissions
