Responsibilities: • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaigns • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery • Follow the plan Qualifications: • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Has a real estate license • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • A real estate license required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
