Responsibilities: • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Qualifications: • Has a real estate license • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills Compensation: $125,000+
