Responsibilities: • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Prospect and generate listing leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. • Conduct listing presentations and educate sellers on pricing strategies, market conditions, and staging. • Develop and implement high-impact marketing plans to maximize property exposure. • Negotiate contracts and guide sellers through the entire transaction process. • Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure a smooth and stress-free selling experience. • Stay informed on local market trends and competitive listings. • Utilize Keller Williams’ proven systems, models, and tools to optimize productivity. Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Active Florida real estate license (or willingness to obtain one). • Strong sales and negotiation skills , with a passion for helping sellers achieve their goals. • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey value to clients. • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented , with a focus on lead generation and closing deals. • Ability to manage multiple listings and transactions while providing top-tier service. • Willingness to learn and grow through coaching, training, and mentorship. • Reliable transportation to travel throughout South Florida. • Experience in real estate sales is a plus, but new agents are encouraged to apply! Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000
