Responsibilities: • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Listing lead generation • Listing lead follow-up • Listing database campaigns • Agent sales • Set and execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close sales Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • A real estate license is required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000 at plan
