Responsibilities: • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Follow the Listing Plan of Action • Lead generate • Lead follow-up • Listing presentations Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Superb communication Compensation: $175,000 at plan
