Responsibilities: • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Compensation: $100,000+ at commission plan
