Responsibilities: • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information Compensation: $80,000+ (Commission Only)
