We are seeking full-time Listing Partners (who either have a TN real estate license or are in the process of obtaining their license) who are willing to successfully convert our leads into clients and closing while delivering superior customer service! Accountability for converting those leads is key to helping continued growth for our team and for you. We are producing an excess of seller leads and need a couple more agents to help us cover these great, quality leads. We focus on superior customer service, going above and beyond, and technical innovation resulting in a fantastic base of repeat customers and referrals. We have a successful business model that delivers the best for clients while providing excellent opportunities for our team members. Responsibilities: • Source and network to cultivate potential clients and promote the business • Responsive to client inquiries through phone, email, and online interactions to uphold a high standard of customer service • Implement market analysis and collaborate with customers to decide the right list price, stage the property, and strategically market the home to ensure a swift sale • Proactively reach out to prospects to generate new customers • Promptly answer leads and requests to extend our customer base • Manage the sales contract process and collaborate with buyers' agents to negotiate and finalize the purchase • Answer customer calls, emails, and website inquiries • Calculate market value through comparable market analysis Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Possesses a real estate license • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Compensation: $75,000 - $112,000
