Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Has a real estate license • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Must have a valid Real Estate License Compensation: $67,500 commission based yearly
