We’re looking for a motivated Listing Agent to join a top-producing real estate team with consistent seller lead flow and a strong support system in place. With pre-screened seller opportunities, in-depth training, and systems built for efficiency, you’ll have everything you need to grow your pipeline and earn rewarding commissions as you scale. Responsibilities: • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing, so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Follow the expansion team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery • Close Sales Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Real Estate License • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Must live in the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $150,000 at plan
