Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home Qualifications: • Currently licensed in real estate • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • You must have sold over 10 homes and over $2.5M in sales this year so far Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 yearly
