Responsibilities: • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently • Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Passionate about selling • Real Estate License Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
