Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals Qualifications: • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Has a real estate license • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly Compensation: $80,000+ at plan earnings
