Responsibilities: • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Follow the team plan • Lead follow up • Lead generation Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Currently licensed in real estate • Real Estate license required • Ability to make a good first impression on the phone and in person Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 at plan
