In this role, you’ll prepare and organize listing documentation, coordinate vendors, manage MLS input, and communicate with clients and agents to keep listings on track from start to finish. Compensation- $45,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonuses and team-based incentives. Responsibilities: • Prepare and review all listing paperwork, disclosures, and property information for accuracy and compliance. • Create and organize pre-listing materials including CMA data, listing folders, and presentation packets for agents. • Coordinate staging, photography, and vendor appointments to ensure homes are market-ready on schedule. • Input and maintain listing data in the MLS, Brivity, and other company systems with complete accuracy. • Verify that property descriptions, pricing, and features are correct before listings go live. • Serve as the main point of contact for sellers, providing clear updates and support throughout the listing process. • Communicate with agents, clients, and vendors to confirm appointments, relay feedback, and anticipate needs. • Track listing milestones, showings, and feedback to support pricing discussions and performance decisions. • Ensure all signed documents, contracts, and updates are uploaded and organized in Dotloop and internal databases. • Prepare weekly or monthly reports on listing activity, market updates, and property performance for the team. • Coordinate delivery and removal of signs, lockboxes, and keys as needed. • Identify opportunities to improve listing systems and workflows to enhance efficiency and client experience. • Provide backup support to the administrative team as needed, maintaining a collaborative and flexible team environment. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience (administrative, licensed assistant, or coordination role preferred) • Real estate license preferred but not required ; willingness to obtain a license is a plus • Working knowledge of real estate forms, contracts, and MLS systems • Proficient with CRM platforms (Brivity, Dotloop, Command, or similar) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) • Highly organized and dependable , with strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ; able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members • Comfortable managing shifting priorities while maintaining poise, focus, and follow-through • Able to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly , and work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Service-minded and collaborative , with a desire to build a long-term career within a respected, client-focused real estate team. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly DOE plus bonuses
