Responsibilities: • Coordinate and schedule professional photography to ensure listings are visually compelling and market-ready. • Research and gather detailed listing information to provide accurate and comprehensive property descriptions. • Liaise with sellers to maintain open communication and ensure their needs are met throughout the listing process. • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for new listings, ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective listing promotion strategies. • Monitor and update listing statuses in the MLS and other platforms to reflect current availability and pricing. • Assist the Broker in managing client relationships, fostering trust and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
