At Flagstaff Top Producers Real Estate, we’re looking for a Real Estate Listing Coordinator to be an integral part of our tight-knit team. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Broker by orchestrating key listing activities, from researching properties to engaging with sellers. You’ll ensure that each home is presented at its best, creating a seamless and successful experience for clients. We'll do the hard part of getting the listing appointment and seller commitment - you control the exciting and creative part of getting the property sold by playing the part of a listing agent, except you'll never have to worry about when your next paycheck will be. This is an in office role, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Occasional responsibilities may occur on the weekend or after hours, but ultimately you will not be working more than 40hrs per week. Responsibilities: • Work with our Broker to run CMA's and pull comps for potential listings. • Accompany Broker at listing appointments to take notes and document the current condition of the property. • Prepare listing paperwork and collect signatures via DocuSign. • Ensure that sellers fill out the necessary property disclosures. • Schedule and oversee professional photography and virtual staging to enhance the visual appeal of each home. (Some photo editing such as cropping or removing objects may be required.) • Research each property and its surrounding areas to implement a marketing plan that engages buyers. • Approve showing appointments with seller clients, solicit feedback and offers from agents, and send feedback to sellers as soon as it's received. • Solicit price adjustments and listing extensions with seller clients. • Ensure all listing documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry regulations and standards. • Delegate duties to our office assistant such as house checks, collecting mail, shoveling snow, putting up signs, making key copies, etc. Qualifications: • A real estate license is required to perform the necessary tasks within this role. • Experience in real estate or a related field, with a strong understanding of the listing process. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each task is completed with precision and care. • Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. • Excellent communication and grammar skills, both written and verbal, to engage and inform clients consistently. • Proficiency in using real estate software and tools to streamline listing activities and enhance efficiency. • Ability to adapt to the Brokers changing schedule and keep up with urgent requests. • Come to work dressed in business casual/semi professional attire while maintaining personal hygiene and grooming standards. • Reliable transportation • General knowledge of Flagstaff is preferred, but not mandatory. • Positive can-do attitude.
