We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven Listing Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our agents and clients through the entire listing process. In this fast-paced, client-focused position, you’ll be the go-to person for prepping properties for the market and ensuring every detail is buttoned up before a home hits the MLS. You’ll collect and organize property details in our CRM, enter listings into the MLS with accuracy, and coordinate with photographers, stagers, and cleaners to ensure each listing shines. You’ll also work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to strategically position listings for maximum exposure and results. Responsibilities: • Supporting sellers and agents throughout the full listing lifecycle • Gathering, inputting, and managing listing data in our CRM and MLS • Coordinating with vendors for cleaning, staging, and photography • Collaborating with marketing to strategize and optimize listing promotion • Managing timelines, deadlines, and multiple listings simultaneously with ease • Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients, agents, and third parties Qualifications: • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball • Professional, personable, and focused on delivering exceptional service • Thrives in a team environment and loves supporting others • Has a strong attention to detail and takes pride in getting it right the first time • Comfortable writing ad copy and backing up the marketing department • Tech-savvy—comfortable with CRMs, MLS systems, and Google Workspace • Real estate experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person Compensation: $60,000 per year
