    Work for one of the top teams in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area as a listing coordinator! Our growing team is looking for someone with listing coordination experience with a high-producing US-based real estate team. This is a fast-paced opportunity with a high-producing team! Please submit your resume and a cover letter that details your residential real estate listing coordination experience. You must also complete the assessment to be considered. Resumes without assessments will not be viewed. Responsibilities: • Prepare listing drafts, edit and publish listings in MLS and CVR MLS as needed. • Prepare all listing materials: Listing Agreements, Offers, Buyer agreements, sellers’ disclosures, etc. • Enter the listings into the SkySlope system and verify the paperwork is in compliance. • Verify that all necessary signatures on the listing agreement, disclosures, and other necessary documentation are obtained and that the documents are in compliance with the office broker. • Obtain showing feedback from the agents and prepare listing reports. • Confirm the accuracy and data for weekly listing reports, including several showings, feedback, Zillow, Facebook views, etc. • Keep listing data up to date. • Ensure scheduling of property photos, staging, repairs, cleaning, signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities are coordinated with the sellers. • Coordinate showings and open houses. • Assist lead listing coordinator in building, implementing, and managing listing systems, including MLS, off-market, and investor listings. • Keep the lead listing coordinator informed of all problems or issues. • Follow the operations manual and checklists for administrative tasks. • Assist the Lead Listing coordinator with daily tasks as requested. Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of real estate listing coordination experience for a US-based real estate team required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Detail-oriented, tenacious, and focused. • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. • Concerned about doing things the right way, the 1st time! • Calm under pressure with a customer-focused attitude. • Past lead or supervisory experience is a plus. • Be proficient in the MLS system. • Being familiar with Dotloop, SkySlope, and Brivity is a plus. Compensation: $8 - $10 hourly
