Qualifications: • Active Real Estate License. • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on listing properties. • Ability to identify and secure new property listings using local market expertise. • Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships. • Strong communication skills to ensure a seamless and professional client experience. • Familiarity with local real estate trends to provide expert guidance to clients. • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to develop and execute marketing strategies. • Experience in conducting property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $150,500 - $225,500 yearly
