Responsibilities: • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Lead follow-up • Follow the team plan • Attend team trainings • Sales scripts and CRM mastery Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Possesses a real estate license • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Great communication • Real estate license required in order to work with clients Compensation: $160,000+ at plan
