Responsibilities: • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $140,000 at plan
