What You Get as a Listing Agent • Qualified listing appointments set for you (no cold calling or door knocking) • Consistent flow of motivated seller opportunities • Proven listing presentation and conversion systems • Weekly coaching and performance training • CRM, follow-up systems, and marketing support • Full administrative and transaction coordination support • Strong mentorship from top-producing leaders Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing • Meeting with motivated sellers on pre-set listing appointments • Presenting and winning listing agreements • Pricing homes strategically and advising sellers • Managing negotiations and guiding clients through closing • Following proven listing and conversion systems • Delivering a high level of client service and communication Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For • Active Florida Real Estate License (required) • Strong communication and presentation skills • Coachable, driven, and results-oriented mindset • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-opportunity environment • Desire to increase listing volume and income quickly • Team-oriented and professional approach Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
