Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed • Follow the team plan • Respond to listing leads • Lead follow-up and tracking • Prepare and present listing info • Coordinate with sellers and vendors • Support smooth transaction flow Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Has a real estate license • Real estate license Compensation: $175,000 at plan
