Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
