Responsibilities: • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • Close Sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $155,000 at plan commissions
