Responsibilities: • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Qualifications: • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • One year of work experience in real estate • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
