Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Real estate license required • Superb communication Compensation: $150,000 at plan
