Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Close listings • Execute appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Currently licensed in real estate • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Real estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $135,000 at plan
