Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • One year of work experience in real estate • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential Compensation: $160,000 at plan
