Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • One year of work experience in real estate • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information Compensation: 50000 - 86000 yearly
