Responsibilities: • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Currently licensed in real estate • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Superb communication • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions Compensation: $150,000+ at plan
